Microsoft CRM Deployment, Configuration and Modification as Per Clients Requirements

Microsoft Dynamics CRM is widely accepted by almost all industries with great degree today, No matter whether it is a SMEs or large enterprise, whether it is a government or private organization, everybody wants to build a good relationship with their customer with automating the processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

With the same tag line in the mind of one of our Scotland based Biomass heating specialist client who understands the importance of CRM and was keen at improving the overall efficiency of their existing MS CRM system in order to manage their data, automated e-mail to Engineers team and serve their existing and future customers in better way.

Initial talk:
While approaching to mindfire solutions our client had described his concern about his business, how quick we build his application?, how his CRM application communicate with share-point server?, how we fetch Yammer feeds to existing CRM system that to without tampering the existing system much etc.

First identification:
At mindfire we understand our client's business situation, industry he belong to, his business market conditions and all. We do recognize and respect it.

With keeping all client's concern in mind, mindfires Microsoft Dynamics CRM expert team studied the system and traced out all loop-holes, and suggested an appropriate solution to improvise the system in order to have a robust and highly efficient CRM system in place. The Renewable Energy client appreciated our solution and gave the positive signal to work on the same.


MS CRM implementation:
With confirmation from our client, in the very next step our MS Dynamics CRM team developed certain work-flows and databases for the existing CRM system that was required to speed up the process. CRM team member build few 'Out of the box' tool which help the CRM application to communicate share-point system and fire automatic e-mail to the engineering team.

The client conveyed his success and happiness to our offshore MS dynamics CRM service and continued with us with a new assignment.
